Please read the following notes before filling out the form.
- You may register several people from the same farm or company on this form. The registration and workshop fees are per-person.
- All persons from a member farm or business qualify for the member discount.
- Several events on the form are free — the Duplin Winery Tour and Reception — and the dinner on January 17 is Dutch Treat (you will order from the menu and pay your own bill). We strongly request preregistration so our hosts can plan for our visit.
- Please be sure to fill out the “Quantity” box for any event you check off.
- You may join NCMGA — or renew your membership for 2020 — with this registration form to qualify for member registration rates. If you are already a 2020 member of NCMGA, register at member rates.

- Membership is per individual/family/farm/winery/company at one address and with one email. OR, individuals from the same company can have separate memberships. This is a good choice for larger entities with several people in key roles.
- Payment: After you fill out and submit the form below, you will be taken to a PayPal page to complete payment. You can pay by any credit or debit card,OR by using a PayPal account. PayPal tries to get you to use PayPal, so the credit/debit option is a bit hidden. Either way, your online conference registration will be securely processed via PayPal.
- Late registrations: The registration fee will be increased by $10 (to $60 and $85) for registrations submitted or received after 9:00 am on January 15 (this is an extension of the original deadline) or at the door. Online registration will close at noon on January 16.
- Website problems: We know there have been problems completing forms, and apologize for the frustration. If you have questions or are unable complete the payment process, contact the NCMGA office at ncmgasec@gmail.com or 919-542-3687. We can take your registration by phone.
