In 1987, Paul and Martha Gregory bought a beautiful 113 acre blueberry farm in Currie, North Carolina. Over the years they not only grew blueberries but with the growth of their family, the farm grew. Soon 138 more acres were added totaling 251, ponds were dug and an old tobacco barn was relocated and restored into living quarters. Gregory Farms became a place for family and friends to gather.
In 2012 Mr. Gregory passed away at the age of 89 but the farm stayed in the family. His son Alan and his wife Pam bought the farm from the family estate in 2016 and began revitalizing it.
They planted new blueberry plants and started a small vineyard.
Alan and Pam realized the idyllic setting was a beautiful place to share with others, so in 2017 they opened it up to the public for events and weddings. They specialize in elegant, rustic country weddings but also events like company picnics, family reunions, fundraisers and pig pickings.
